Tatar picking up the scoring. Sheahan scored last night too.
Weiss is back. Mantha waiting in GR. Pulkinnen too.

The forwards are fine. The defense is where kenny needs to make some moves.

Not just for the team now but also for the future since they won't be able to fit all those young defensemen into the line up and maybe end up losing some on waivers if he waits too long to try and move some.

On another note puck bunnies beware of kissing Foligno if punching him results in an infection

That was too funny.

But, yeah. Wings need to decide on the future of the blue line by this offseason. You can't keep players like Ouellet, Marchenko, Sproul, Jensen in the AHL forever, and we will lose them badly if we don't start making some moves. I really think Ericsson/Kindl are the ones to move right now.

If you were gm, who would you trade for paul martin and one of our prospect dmen?

no because they have cheaper options coming up from GR. they need to make a move for a big right handed shot on the back end though. Ouellete is already ready. They need to find a taker for Kindl. Sproul, Jensen, Backman, Marchenko are coming soon too.

Theres a lot of moving parts back there and Kindl is clogging it all up.

Ouellette, Sproul, Jensen, Backman, Marchenko... There will only be 2 spots on the blue line for them... 3 tops.

Quincey/Kindl will be replaced for sure. I have a hard time believing Ericsson will be gone. He's slowly (very slowly) turning into a good defenseman that is more than capable of holding his own, especially on the PK. I think there's trade value in Ericsson but I don't see the Wings parting with him.

I honestly don't care which of the 5 we need to trade to get a top 4 veteran RH dman.

A future of Kronwall, DeKeyser, Ericsson, Smith, and any of the 5 prospects gets me excited. Add in a veteran RH shot that can man the PP and log top 4 minutes and I'm over the moon.

ya Quincey will be gone once his contract is over. Kindl is like a unmovable object. He sucks and hes signed for like a extended period of time.

Ericsson is like 30. the way he is now is the best hes going to be, hes in his prime.

Kenny caused this himself with the Kindl contract.
